The price and the location of this hotel was great. We stayed at the end of September for an extended weekend for our first time to Chicago. The rooms are small but it didn't bother us because we were barely in the room during the day. However, we did ask for a non-smoking room and the only thing that made... More

By far, the best service we have ever experienced at any hotel across two continents. The folks at the front desk especially were helpful, going above and beyond expectations to help us. Next time we are in Chicago, we plan on staying here again. Recommend this hotel without equivocations.

Our team has experienced the real taste of Chicagoans/Midwesterners hospitality at Club Quarters. The entire staff is absolutely friendly, helpful, and customer focused. The front desk staff is so knowledgeable about everything in Chicago! Overall, everyone is very nice and we definitely would like to come back! The rooms are designed for business travelers. They’ve perfect set-up for office work... More

Lots of conventions in town the week I booked, so had to opt for this hotel as a last choice. Was quite overpriced for what I got ($300++/night). I opted to pay $15 extra per night for a "larger room" which gave some extra elbow room. Window looked into adjoining building situated very close, blocking any natural sunlight, so room... More

This hotel is located very conveniently in downtown Chicago. Staff at front desk were also very helpful. But the bed was as hard as a rock and they are stingy with towels. Shower head was awful. No pay-per-view movies available.

The hotel is clean and tidy, very professional and helpful staff, rooms are very small and you can hear when the room next to you open/close door, that was not pleasant at all specially when you have arrived from a long flight and need a good sleep. The location is excellent and reachable by metro, taxi...

It is a Club Quarters. Rooms are small, but very clean and nice and central. Everything at check in and check out is electronic, do it your self. This is a great feature and makes life real easy. The customer service Reps are very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make your stay a good... More

I stayed here for business to try to be frugal and was pleasantly surprised. I had read online the rooms were tiny, but I found it to be just right for a 2 day business trip. Hotel finishes are very classy and updated, very clean and staff was very helpful and nice upon check in. Valet parking is available for... More

My first time visiting Chicago and was not too sure which hotel to book. Read the review and it looked good. So I booked. I was with two of my friends. Upon arrival, the staff were very helpful. The room was very clean, and we had a great view. The hotel is in a great location and is very close... More

Staying in Downtown / The Loop

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown / The Loop
Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of the most iconic landmarks in the city.
