I had a three night trip to Chicago for business, and this hotel was recommended by the training facility. My reservation was processed incorrectly so that while I needed a room with two beds,I was put in a larger room with one bed and charged more for it Because I needed two beds, I was then forced to change rooms... Excellent 3-day stay at Club Quarters. Clean room, well-lit bathroom, comfortable bed and good pillow. Front desk personnel were friendly and prompt. Chilled water at the elevator was most welcome. My only complaint is the hair dryer did not work after its initial use and neither did the replacement. In spite of that, I would definitely go back.

This hotel was about 3 blocks to my Chicago office, so it was the perfect place to stay-- and at $112 a night, the price couldn't be beat for a loop hotel. It's very much a business hotel-- the rooms are smaller but come with nice desks and large, comfy beds. The room was clean and functional and had everything... More

Mike was our conciege. He greeted us promptly and immediately made us feel taken care of as we entered the lobby and manuevered through a room upgrade on the computer. Mike gave us undivided attention at a very busy time - several parties walked in at the same time we did - and except for having to take a phone... More

Our first time at the CQ; booked it via Priceline. Location was perfect - close to several subway lines. Cold free filtered and bottled water was a nice touch. Loved the "living room" area. Husband was there several days before me for work, and liked the adjacent pub very much. Clean and comfortable - good quality linens, towels, soaps, etc.... More

This is one of the more unique places I've stayed. The hotel is very tall and slender. Our room was on the 34th floor, and we had the smallest room on the floor, but our view was stellar. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the location fantastic!

Great location. The staff was friendly and attentive. English Pub adjacent to the hotel was terrific. Rooms are small but clean. Great place to stay for a weekend in the city.

This hotel was in a great location and the staff was very helpful and nice. However, I got the hotel on priceline and the problems that I encountered were the fault of priceline...not the hotel staff. Do not stay at this hotel if you plan on having more than two people in your room. I got the room with a... More

Club Quarters is my favorite hotel chain, and this hotel is no exception to the chain's usual greatness. Or room was a bit small, but manageable for a short stay and gave us a decent rate for a great downtown location right in the middle of the Loop (3 blocks to the Art Institute, 6 to the Chicago Theatre), free...
