I stayed here for a conference nearby. A quick summary: this is a clean, comfortable hotel that offers pretty good value if you need to be in the Loop area and Financial district, and is an easy walk to the train and Amtrak station. Still, I'd check for other good rates for area hotels. Room 802 is meant for a... More

BEWARE the hotel is a sweat box. We stayed here well 1/2 a night after turning on the a/c and finding out from the front desk that it was hot or cold we left in the middle of the night at 1:00 AM. The room has a thermostat but, good luck it does not control the room temperature that is... More

Reasonable rates if you are working in the loop. Room is nothing more than a standard business hotel, but good value overall.

This hotel is a good bargain for a Chicago Loop hotel. It is convenient to all the Loop businesses. Found the rooms small, but certainly adequate for a solo traveler. I upgraded from the smallest room to the next size, queen size bed, very comfortable. Room had refrigerator, microwave, dishes. Bathroom was small, very little room to spread out toiletries.... More

We arrived in this rainy weekend for a family wedding in the heart of Downtown on the river. I was reluctant to spend the $200-400 to stay on the river and wanted to find something close to the Skydeck. I found this online and read past reviews. I called the hotel direct and was pleasantly surprised with the candid service... More

This hotel was excellent in most ways - I really liked the bottled water dispensers and the comfortable beds. The only downside was that $50 was deducted from our credit card and although it was supposed to have been reversed when we checked out has still not appeared back on our account 8 days later.

We booked this hotel because 1. it was available and 2. it was close to the Federal Building. We needed to get to Chicago for passports and a snowstorm was predicted to hit the night before our early morning appointment. I was a little apprehensive as the price of our room was what we could call budget, particularly when you're... More

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel while in Chicago for work (one night each time).  Both times I got a room with one king bed, which was very clean and comfortable but relatively small. My impression is that the hotel caters primarily to the business traveler, who does not need to stay in the room... More

This hotel was in a great location, very convenient to Millennium Park and the Art Institute. But, it was really overpriced for what we got (we paid $124/night before taxes). For starters, the concierge couldn't be bothered to get off the phone to check us in and essentially tossed the keys at us. Worse than that, the room (on the... More
