Great location. Right around the corner from the metro and a straight shot to O'Hare airport. Walking distance to milenium park, next to a startbucks, target close by and the 151 bus (stop is right in front of th hotel) takes you up Michigan Ave. Very clean rooms and there are free water bottles for guests to fill up with... I expected more from this hotel. The thermostat did not work in my room. It was very cold in my room but the heat didn't work. Also, the flapper in the toilet was not working so the toilet would just keep running. Therefore, every time that I flushed the toilet I had to lift up the lid on the toilet... More

Clean, large, quiet room with a fridge and microwave. Very cheap compared to other hotels, and extremely central. I couldn't believe my luck, as all other hotels in the area were so expensive, so I expected an average to poor hotel, and then was so surprised by how genuinely nice this was. Free wi-fi is GREAT - so sick of... More

This hotel was average in all definitions of the word. It was in a good part of town (very short walk to the Red and Blue metro lines), a lot of places are easy to walk to, and I felt very safe. What makes the hotel "average" is just the quality of the room. We stayed in a one-bed (queen)... More

We recently stayed at Club Quarters in the Chicago Financial District for the first time. Just like their other properties, this one was not without style, and clean, though the room was basic and small. On a balmy fall night, the room was very chilly when we entered. Mgmt sent some blankets, but told us that our choice was "no... More

First the less good points. Some of the rooms could do with an update and reorganisation of the furniture - there's about a 6" gap between the bed and the desk to get around and open/close the curtains. No bottle opener in the room. Only a shower (in the standard rooms at least). No restaurant/bar. Now the good points. I... More

I tried one of the "club size" rooms which is small, but perfect for one person. You're in Chicago so you really shouldn't be hanging out in the room anyway. The hotel is in a great location. It's just blocks from the Art Institute & Millennium Park, and a block and a half from the Monroe Train Station. The hotel's... More

Chicago is always exciting and the Club Quarters hotel made our trip so very comfortable. Thank you for the incredible service and over the top amenities.

I returned to this hotel because it is small -- you can walk in and be in your room in a few seconds. They have some great services like complimentary purified water bottles on each floor, a guest request closet with irons, ironing boards, blankets -- you can just grab what you need without involving lots of staff. The Elephant... More

Perfect location. We took the CTA right from O'Hare to Monroe and ended up 2 blocks away from the hotel. The rooms are small and relatively clean - it could use an update. Showers are tiny and a little skeevy. The hotel leaves out empty water bottles to fill on your way out for the day, which was great. There... More
