This hotel in an old historic building is perfect if you want to be downtown in the middle of things. Walking distance to Chicago Institute of Art, etc. Rooms are a little small but still efficient clean and modern. The key is to ask for a room above the floor with a river view. Made all the difference.

Recently I entered the Club Quarters lobby on a Thursday evening to check-in for the weekend and while I usually check-in at the front desk, this time it was really busy with the after 5pm crowd so instead I opted to use the virtual kiosk. While I was checking in on the kiosk, and with my back to the front... More

My first experience with Club Q Loop was with Nick, I was not a guess yet until the following week, however he was very welcoming and it made me look forward to my stay here. The following week my stay was wonderful. It was very nice that Nick remembered me. Thanks Nick.

Hotel would be great for business travel or a couple traveling without kids. Why this hotel wasn't idea for us: We were traveling with our toddler and we found the front desk staff confusing and inconsistent with their "policies". We arrived quite early but wanted to see if our rooms were available with no real expectations of getting our rooms.... More

Amy at the front desk was particularly helpful. She moved me from my originally booked room which seemed to have a faulty heater to another nice and cosy room. She is always responsive with a smile. The property seemed to be a bit old and could do with some renovation but overall with free speedy wifi, free access to all... More

This hotel has all the basic essentials for a business trip. Clean, conveniently located in the heart of downtown and economical. The rooms and bathrooms are small in comparison to other hotels. There are no non-essential frills. The staff is superbly polite and pleasant. The fact there is a restaurant conveniently located when the weather is bad is great. Room... More

The hotel is good but starting to show its age. Overall though, a very good value for the location. It was very cold outside so the attached restaurant & bar was much appreciated. Conveniently located for most businesses located in the Chicago Loop.

This is the second time I've stayed in this Club Quarters. The location is great - right on Adams St. in the Loop, just a few blocks east of Union Station and a short walk to the lake. The prices are very reasonable for downtown Chicago. The restaurant & bar next door are very good. The focus is definitely on... More

Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of the most iconic landmarks in the city.
