We booked this hotel for a girls' weekend in Chicago to visit friends. As young 20-somethings we weren't looking to stay at TRUMP, but wanted to stay at a decent hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted at reception by Jonah. Jonah was wonderful! He had a great attitude. We immediately felt at home. I requested a room on floor 9... More

I did not know that there was an extra charge for a third person until I checked out of my rooom. Since there was an extra charge i should not have had to ask ask for a third towel every night or for three creams instead of two. I would not recommend Club Quarters and speaking to others they were... More

This is a nice but not fancy hotel with an excellent location in the Loop -- less than two blocks from a blue line station, a few blocks from the Chicago Art Institute. The room was on the small side but nicely furnished, though the wood furniture was somewhat worn. A completely satisfactory experience for those seeking a decent, but... More

I rarely give poor reviews, but I felt compelled to share. Short and sweet, loved the location, lobby and room was very nice. Overall good...BUT....the mattress in our upgraded suite, room 1001...was very hard. It made sleeping almost impossible. The mattress had no topper or cushion, just springs. For the rate per night and the star rating I truly hope... More

Excellent choice. Small, but nicely appointed room w/comfortable bed. Free wifi and all kinds of connectors for electronics. Free water bottles was a nice perk. Excellent location close to many restaurants and bars, and not far from parks and museums.

Wasn't that familiar with this chain but insofar as the Chicago location is concerned, I had a nice business stay for two days. The room was spotless and fit and finished with modern furniture. The service at the desk was also upscale and extra kind. My only complaint was the tiny flat screen TVs in the room. My room was... More

I liked the location of the hotel. However, I think the room could be more clean. I observed dust an some dirt here and there. The service was good. The towels and the sheet have been changed whenever I requested. I slept well without any disturbances and loud noises.

I was in town for a business meeting and I found the Club Quarters to be just right in terms of price, location, and service. Wonderful staff and a nice restaurant and bar attached to the hotel, as well.

I had not stayed at a Club Quarters previously and was pleasantly surprised by all features of my stay. There are two Club Quarters in downtown Chicago, one on Wacker Drive and the other on West Adams, where I stayed. I booked the lowest price room, which proved to be a little small, but quite comfortable nonetheless. There was a... More

I am a frequent business and leisure traveler. I am accustomed to staying at a top-notch hotel brand that provides excellent complimentary amenities, including breakfast, pool, fully equipped business center, a restaurant, adequately-sized rooms. When I first heard the name Club Quarters, I thought 'exquisite taste'. Turns out, I set my standards way too high! I'm a woman, and I... More
