I recently stayed at Conrad Chicago for the first time. I was attending a conference at the Marriott across the street. I'm glad I stayed at Conrad instead. The facilities are very well maintained. The service is great. As long as it is possible to find a good rate, I would not mind staying there again. more

This was a great hotel and completely worth what we paid for it, considering it really wasn't that much more expensive than lower-end hotels in the area. Great service, clean/large rooms, excellent location and a really cool restaurant. Will definitely stay here again! more

My only other experience of a Conrad was at the one in Dublin about 10 years ago or so. The Chicago facility was a pleasant reminder of just what a fine product the Conrad brand is. Fantastic location on magnificent mile. The Conrad connects to the Nordstrom mall. Everyone we came into contact with from the bellman to the Concierge were top notch professionals.
