I got a bill for $285 because they side I cleaned out the mini-bar. Every last thing. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! I didn't even know where the mini-bar was in the room! After calling to dispute the charges, they said they wouldn't reverse it. I'm very well traveled and I've never had such an absurd accusation. I'd stay away from this hotel. more

I'm a tourist travelling around the world. I stayed here with a friend back in february this year and I really liked this hotel. The room is very nice and the staff is really friendly. Nothing to complain about at all. It's not totally luxury but it's perfect for a tourist to explore Chicago or for Business travellers. more
