My husband and I took our daughter and her bestie for her 16th bday celebration for a weekend of sight seeing. We chose this hotel for the perfect location and beautiful decor especially for teenage girls who love to take selfies.

I had the most wonderful customer service experience with Courtney at the front desk. I enjoyed my stay at the Aqua so much that I made a reservation for my next trip to Chicago. Courtney was friendly, helpful, patient (I ask a lot of questions!) and very accommodating.

My husband and I stayed here for our 2nd anniversary. The whole tone is gorgeous inside and out. All the staff were friendly and extremely welcoming. We especially enjoyed Eileen at the front desk. This was my first stay at this property and it lived up to the hype in every way! The location is fantastic. It was close to everything I wanted to go to. Michigan Avenue is only a short walk. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is very warm and inviting. All of the staff I encountered were smiling... More

The hotel rooms were modern and very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We had views of Millennium Park and were very close to the Art Institute of Chicago. We love to walk so we were able to visit everything we wanted in walking distance.

Downtown / The Loop
Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.
