We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was large, open plan kitchen and living area. Separate bedroom, bathroom and hallway. Plenty of storage space, lots of cupboards and drawers, and a lovely walk in wardrobe. Cupboard housing washer and separate dryer. Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, full oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee pot, and large American fridge/freezer. Bathroom... More

My girlfriend and I stayed in Chicago for two weeks. When I was reading the reviews about the overbooking I was a bit worried, we arrived at around 10:30 at night and check in wasn't a problem. The room was big, it had a washer and dryer and all kitchen utensils, a balcony and a view to go with it.... More

We flew in to Chicago and got a taxi from the airport- the driver knew the address we had as being the hotel next door (panic set in but all was fine when we arrived). Our apartment wasn't ready so we sat and waited in the lobby area; glad we did as the concierge was so helpful with restaurant recommendations... More

As a residence, it included two bedrooms with queen sized beds and windows that were floor to ceiling. One room with an ensuite bathroom complete with tub and separate shower. The other bedroom had a complete but separate bathroom. A balcony permitted a view of the downtown area from 20 stories up. Large living room with table and chairs as... More

In Chicago in my opinion one can not be in any better location then Bridgtreet at State & Grand. We rented 2 Bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and almost everything was just perfect. We however, found the beds to be smaller and the master bedroom could not be locked or the sliding door will not yield any privacy. The bathrooms... More

I stayed there in January and liked the place. It's not really a hotel but a building of furnished apartments. I booked through a 3rd party and everything was mostly fine -- Nice doormen and other workers in the building, good location, etc. (I would have given it a "4" rating). My room was nice but hallway noise was pretty... More

I went to Chicago with two more people for work, we needed a two bedroom two bathroom apartment, so we booked it. I sent the information requested by e-mail to the manager and we then exchanged e-mails about me sending packages to the hotel and them keeping them for me until I got there. The problem was that the night... More

When we arrived, we were put into a smaller unit than we had arranged due to over-booking on their part. We called down and complained about the smaller room, that had no where for my daughter to sleep as there was only a love seat in the living room, and were told that since it was Sunday and that they... I was originally booked to stay here January 2014 but due to a huge snow storm I was not going to make if from Michigan to Chicago. Hotel could not cancel free of charge even though they were getting hit by the storm as well but allowed me to re booked and charged 1st night plus tax. When I arrived... More

I'm somewhat baffled by the more negative reviews here. My wife and I stayed here for five days as part of a SW Airlines package deal. It was cheaper and better located than a hotel room, and for that we got a one-bedroom apartment. The location can't be beat, close to everything and with a Red line subway stop at... More
