Annie's B&B is like a home away from home. It is comfortable, well stocked, well kept up, clean, convenient and quiet. It is close to two El lines and was within walking distance to our family's home. It is located in a nice quiet, safe neighborhood, so walking at night was not a problem. There are lots of stores and... More

We stayed here for several days in August for a wedding. The place is immaculate. Plenty of room with ample closet space and drawers. Annie provides you with eggs, english muffins, butter and jellies, and cereal for your breakfasts. The area is full of great restaurants, bars, and blues clubs. Taxis are easy to get and the train is a... More

We rented Annie's Lincoln Park B&B in June. The B&B was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It had every accommodation one could need including fresh breakfast items. The B&B was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We slept soundly after a long day in the city. It was a great experience to stay in the neighborhood (vs. a hotel).... More

This is a well-kept downstairs flat in a semi-modern (fairly nondescript) building. But a comfortable location on a quiet street. And of course, the price is right when one factors in parking, free breakfast (make your own), kitchenette, etc.

Stayed here for 3 nights in June 2012. This is a fantastic gem of a place to stay in Chicago, reasonably priced for what is an expensive town to stay in. You get a small apartment under Annies main house, you have a large room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bed is the most comfy i have ever slept... More

Situated in beautiful Lincoln Park and close to lovely dining, shoppes, etc. Easy to walk everywhere and close to transportation (the "El"). We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Chicago!! Annie takes care of every detail including a fully stocked kitchen! We fixed our own breakfasts each day....she supplies the eggs, juices, yogurts, cereal, bagels, muffins, jam, coffee! What more could we... More
