The JW Marriott Chicago is a beautiful hotel. But what really sets this hotel apart are the amazing staff that delivered an outstanding service throughout my stay. As soon as I got out the Uber car, a Bellhop came up to me and asked for my name and if I needed help with my luggage. Since I only had a... More

I am a Platinum Premier Marriott member and had an fantastic experience on a business trip to Chicago at the JW Marriott on Adams St. It is quite expensive but has top notch service and amenities. My room was very nice and comfortable. Customer Service was outstanding in the Concierge Lounge and Front Desk. Fitness center was fantastic and had... More

Crazy expensive, but typical high quality JW Marriott... Shame on me for booking very late while our conference had 35,000 people chewing up all available hotel space downtown. The 12th floor exec level and lounge was nice, but it was utterly ridiculous they were going to charge me $15/night for wifi on top of the crazy high room rate. I've... More

While Chicago is fortunately one of the more reasonably priced destinations in North America, when a citywide convention comes to town, demand definitely puts a strain on availability. Our apologies for any service delays, we pride ourselves in having the most proficient and hospitality driven staff in the Midwest. However, we too are human and sometimes our attention can be... We were there for two nights last week. And there's a reason I keep coming back. First off, I want to point out that it's expensive alright. The front desk associate (I think it's Olivia) was very accommodating. I had five rooms booked, and she was very patient in getting those rooms ready for check-in (including all the questions I... This is an exceptional hotel. I stayed in the Quincy Suite and the suite and view of the city was perfect. There is a separate living room that is very large with a second bathroom. The bedroom was large and very nice and the bathroom had a large Jacuzzi tub. I had Executive Lounge access which is open until 10... More

The JW Marriott in Chicago is beautiful in appearance. The lobby and rooms are nicely furnished. Of course the rooms are not very big, that's Chicago for you. The bed was very comfortable. Our dresser drawers kept on opening after we closed them. Odd, but we got used to it. We had booked a room on the floor with the... More

Service was great. Hotel was beautiful. Room was very clean and they are located in a great spot in Chicago. Arrived and was escorted by bell to the front desk where check in was very smooth and efficient. They were all very friendly and got me the info I needed. A job well done!

Stayed here with my mother for a girls weekend. It seems that this hotel was transformed from a previous bank, which still shows in the interior, which is cool! Rooms were great, service was phenomenal, and if we are ever in Chicago again I am sure we still be staying here again! Nice work, JW!!

Hotel is in a great location to walk to shopping, eating and sightseeing events. Half of the rooms look into a very unattractive concrete area and other rooms that also face this area (not a nice view especially for the money). The fitness room is very nice machines and free weights. The bathroom floor and shower area were not cleaned... More

Thank you for your review, one of our designer’s greatest challenges was incorporating a 21st century hotel into a 100 year old edifice. It was determined to bring the guest’s focus inward by offering the most modern amenities and elevated service levels, and $400 million later the JW Marriott opened as the only luxury hotel in Chicago’s Loop. As an... More

Make a recommendation regarding the beds, fix them not very comfortable. I have been a platinum member for some time but I would have to say I have never experienced beds like this in a Marriott in any of there hotels from a category 1 to category 9. Great location and great service.

Thank you for your review, as a valued Platinum Elite member or a first time visitor to our hotel, every critique is appreciated and analyzed in order to improve the quality of our hotel. The problem lies in some guests rave about the quality of our beds while some are simply unable to get comfortable in the same type of... More
