Far and away, the B&B I've ever experienced. Cathy is kind, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms and common areas are exquisitely designed. I've found my new Chicago home whenever I visit. Thank you, Cathy!!!

What was to be an anniversary celebration could very well have turned to a hospital stay.........My husband has a peanut allergy. This was noted on the reservation section as required by the B and B. It was discussed face to face and again, noted upon arrival. So, we were wrong to assume that it would be monitored or mentioned in... More

Our stay was only one short night but we were very impressed by the decor & cleanliness, would highly recommend it to anyone. Handy for a visit to walk to Lincoln Park area & easy public transport to downtown. A special place to stay.

My stay at Villa D’Citta exceeded expectations. I was in town to visit my daughter who had recently started work in Chicago, and had moved into an apartment in Lincoln Park. This was my first time visiting Chicago. Cathy was extremely welcoming and flexible. I arrived early and was able to drop off my luggage before check-in, while I went... More

I normally don't write reviews of places where I stay, but I felt like it'd be a shame if I couldn't share with you of my stay at Villa D'Citta. Simply put, it is a fantastic place to stay. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer more affordable B&B in Chicago! I organized a stay at the Villa for... More

My girlfriend and I partook of Lincoln Park's excitement, stayed late, and, rather than drive back to our Uptown residence only to wake up a few hours later so we could head back into the city to work, we made Villa D'Citta our base. The Villa itself, for all its size and high-quality finishes, retains a coziness that made our... More

What a great place! We were greeted with wine and fresh baked cookies and then felt so comfy watching tv in the community living room. Our rooms were beautiful and the fireplaces were so nice. Breakfast each morning was delicious and Cathy was always so helpful. Short walk to shopping and even walking distance from the L train. Very nice... More

Fabulous weekend in Chicago celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday, complemented by a great stay at Villa D'Citta. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, Cathy is a terrific host, and we really enjoyed meeting the other guests over breakfast. Will definitely stay at "The Villa" again.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Caesar's Lair for one weeknight. It was bitterly cold that day and we were excited to warm up at Villa D'Citta. We were blown away by what we saw when we checked in! The Villa is in the perfect location. It is right by the Fullerton Red Line and other transportation options. It's located... More
