While none of the downtown Chicago hotels could be considered a bad location, the Club Quarters is perfectly situated for shopping, theater, dining, business. Its riverside location is a short hop to two different bridges across the river. The walk to the flagship Macy's on State Street is just a few blocks, and the walk to the MIchigan Avenue shopping... What an amazing property. It was so clean. Loved the free bottled water and free lattes in morning! The parking/valet company was so friendly, helpful and really sincere. We are staying again in just three weeks!

My wife and I visited Chicago for one night to attend a show. We are retired and used to modest accommodations since we are not on an expense account. Club Quarters was an excellent experience for us. Yes, the rooms are small but the 2nd floor lounge is very large and we spent all of our down time there -... More

I've stayed at this property before, and think it's one of the best values in the city for the average traveler. While you may not get all of the amenities found at nearby properties on Michigan Avenue, it's hard to believe that for the extremely low rates you get not only one of the best locations in the city, but... We booked the room for NYE and was a last minute thing. You absolutely cant beat the price for the location and the awesome view! I wasn't exactly in love with the place but I can deal for the price $110 on NEW YEARS! I read a lot of reviews saying how small the rooms were and I was expecting... More

I booked this hotel online on a last minute need. For one night Wow! I should have saved my money. The hotel is centrally located, but the rooms are tiny, cramped and uncomfortable. From the bad layout to the uninspired service, to the lacking toiletries, this hotel is one you should pass on. There are better hotels for the money,... More

Entirely satisfied with this property. While the room was very, very small, it was just fine given the limited time that I spent in it while in Chicago on business. The desk staff was "over-the-top" efficient and generally pleasant. The bedding was new and of good quality. The room, although teeny, could have been greatly enhanced by a single comfortable... I stayed here for the Rock n Roll Chicago Half Marathon in July. The location is great, right by Michigan Avenue, State Street and the El. There's plenty of restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. The hotel itself does have a business area to print off boarding passes, check email, etc. The rooms are a variety of sizes so... For the price this place is great. While the rooms are small, the location is great and service is very good. I have eaten at the Italian restaurant located on the first floor and the food was relatively inexpensive and adequate.

Club Quarters could actually be a REALLY cool hotel. The building is old and the lobby has beautiful character. The rooms are TINY! I took my Mom to Chicago to celebrate her 60th birthday. The first room they placed us in was literally like a small room on a cruise ship with 1 bed. We requested to be switched to... More
