Hosted 2 business meetings at the hotel (1 in May and 1 in June). Loredana was our server for dinner at both events and she remembered me from the previous trip. She gave excellent service and really made my guests and me feel at home and appreciated. Terrific support from AV crew, great location for getting in/out of Chicago.

As a HH gold member that travels quite often I can definitely recommend this hotel for its location when traveling through O'Hare airport. Nice hotel! Bathrooms are really small! If you are traveling by highway stop somewhere and get extra food everything is expensive at the hotel! Wasn't impressed being woken up at 5:45 by someone cutting the lawn outside my window. I didn't even hear any planes!

Thought it was strange to have a hotel in the airport, but the rooms were super quiet and convenient to grab your bags and be at your hotel. Front desk and concierge were very friendly and helpful. Nice, clean rooms, great beds. Subway stop close, however about a 45 min ride into downtown Chicago. Best value for a nice hotel!
