I was booking relatively last minute and have stayed at numerous properties within the city. I would not hesitate to return here. As many have mentioned, the location is ideal, steps from Michigan Avenue and Northwestern University medical campus. There are numerous cafes, coffee houses, a Walgreens, and of course a great mix of high end and moderate stores and... More

I only needed a hotel for a night and I needed to be central. This was perfect. Good price and in the right place. Check in was quick and the room was spacious. Wifi worked fine and it was quiet at night so sleep was easy.

I've stayed in Chicago several times and the rooms have been ok but small. Our room here was amazing. SO spacious and long. I was amazed. For the price I paid I couldn't believe our luck. Hotel is centrally situated and very modern and nice. Our room was on the 4th floor. We had a huge kingsize bed that was... More

Only stayed one night but would love to go back again and stay longer. Just off main shopping street and very close to John Hancocks tower. Room had all amenities and free wifi. Staff very helpful and there was a Starbucks in the lobby. Very close to many restaurants for meals. Roof top bar open in the evening.

Despite it's ideal location to downtown and the hospital, do not be fooled when they give you the "top" floor. Paid over $300 for a room that was on the 29th floor, same as their bar. Only two rooms on the floor, sounded like the bar was outside our room until 2:30 am. Warn me first before I put out... More

Booked the hotel on Booking.com, the price was reasonable. The hotel is not new which you can tell by the looks at the bathroom. It did seem a little worndown. However in general, the room on 25th floor was nice. Great view. The staff was helpful and nice. On the top is a open bar, didn't use use it but... More

I stayed here on a one-night business trip. Arrived late, and I was upgraded to a queen suite on the 26th floor. Overall my impression was of a midwestern version of a Euro style boutique hotel. The suite was attactrive, roomy and comfortable. The lobby offered bar fare in the evening and Starbuck's coffee and food in the morning. The... More

We arrived in August to find the A/C not working. We called the front desk and it was finally fixed around 6 hours later. When my friend went to sleep on the sleeper sofa that the maid service had pulled out for her, she found crumbs and dirty sheets. Gross. Lastly, our room was not cleaned on our second day... More
