The Best Western Hotel Grant Park Hotel was located near the South Loop, across the Grant Park. It was a 5-minute walk from the Roosevelt red line CTA subway station. I felt unsafe while walking from the station to the Hotel as the area was desolete and dimly lit at night. There were a number of eateries in the vincinity.... More

This was a great place to stay. Employees were very friendly, helpful and caring. I would definitely stay there again. The only down side was that they were in the middle of remodeling the building. I am Sure that after the remodeling is done it will only be a better place to stay

The hotel, staff and city were amazing. Would go back again tomorrow. It is in a perfect spot for Grant Park and a short walk to all sights. It is very close to Lake Michigan and has stunning views. We only stayed for 3 days, now we wished we had stayed longer.

We always stay in this hotel when we are on business trip with my team. I really enjoy the service of the hotel management. In general we travel with a group of 15-20 people. Booking goes via a very pragmatical approach and the hotel is quite flexible with last minute changes. Management always responds quickly and is very friendly. The... More

We spent two nights here while just having fun and exploring Chicago. The location of the hotel is wonderful for exploring Chicago. The Art Institute is a few blocks north and the Field Museum is within easy walking distance. There is a CTA bus stop right outside the door on Michigan Avenue and the Red Line Train is 2 blocks... Rooms are small. Walls are thin. (Couldn't sleep well because I heard every word from the guy next door. I thought he was in my room) Comfortable beds. Friendly maid service. Tiara at front desk was amazing! Axle (parking attendant) was very nice and patient.

We were in Chicago on a college visit. The staff at the hotel go over and above to help. The beds were very comfortable, and you could't beat the location and price. The only downside is that the rooms are old and shabby. But there are signs posted that the hotel is going through a renovation.

Too expensive when you factor in a $38.00 per night parking charge to begin with. The check-in staff were very good as was the valet guy who got my car but the room was small the heater/AC kind of musty and could hear a lot from the room next to us. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. To... More

This is a good option for stay in Chicago. When most of the hotels around here are expensive, one can save a lot by choosing This Best Western Grant Park. May not be luxurious, but what most average travelling people need is a safe place and easily accessible to places of interest. It was quiet when I was there. I... More
