Good central location, I stayed for 6 nights. Enjoyed a large twinbed room. Liked the fact that aircondition was directed away from beds, that I had a large table and good view from the 16th floor overlooking parts of the lake to the south. Nice breakfast, helpful staff and my general high expectations was fulfilled. Only minus was TV not... More

Considering the location, the price and what the photos looked like on the internet, I was expecting a really nice downtown high-rise. What I got was a great location in a decent hotel in need of a lot of TLC. Some of the furniture in my room was really beat up - like damaged wood and damaged upholstery. I'm not... More

Stayed two nights. The hotel is in a great location - convenient to both Michigan Avenue and the Loop. Staff was very friendly and professional, and the room was very clean and well appointed, as was the fitness area.

We went on a weekend trip to Chicago for my husband's birthday. We found this hotel through Hotwire and was amazed at what it came with. Both my husband and I travel quite often and must admit that the amenities the hotel had and the kindness of the hotel staff is phenomenal. The amenities included a coffee machine, coffee and... Dear guest, Thank you for your wonderful review of our hotel! Guests often tell us that the view from their room is what makes the trip, and it sounds like yours of Navy Pier was nice as well. We stayed just one night but everything we encountered was top notch. Staff was helpful and very nice. I wish we would have had a few days to try out all of the amenities though. Definitely a great place to stay.

Hotel and service are fine. Food is way too expensive and no free wifi in rooms. Breakfast restaurant had a buffet for $32 or so. If you just order a regular breakfast it is $26. Good location, easy to catch bus, cheap to take taxi to most tourist places.

Loved this trip - the hotel was beautiful! The hotel rooms were large enough for our family of 5! Very clean and impressive. I was worried it was too fancy for our children to be there, but every staff person we saw were very welcoming to the kids and went out of their way to be friendly to us. Pool... More

When I learned the my Hotwire purchase was the Swissotel I was overjoyed since I had heard such amazing things about it. We enjoyed our stay, and had no complaints, but after having stayed at many of the other hotels in the same area, I must say it wasn't as amazing as I had heard it described. The rooms were... More

Room was in disrepair, too small of beds and could not adjust the temperature! Not impressed and extra charge for Internet. I was expecting a nicer room and overall experience. The location was fine, a short walk to Millennium park.
