Maid service knocked on door 8am and woke up family! Then knocked at 10am and walked right in before I could get to door! Was told by front desk use do not disturb sign even tho it seemed awful early! Beautiful view and nice workout area.

On a recent stay, I was in the process of checking in to the hotel and enquired about room upgrade options. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost of upgrading at check-in was substantially lower than booking a higher category room from the beginning. For what I though was a very reasonable surcharge I ended up in a very nice... More

We stayed at the Swissotel in July 2015 Loved the views, loved the employees, loved how quiet it was in our room. Would not hesitate to go back! Very great location. If you go out the back door and down the stairs, great little breakfast spot called Eggys and wonderful market called Marianos

Very easy to find for out of towners. Great assistance at check in. Room was clean and orderly. Loved the robes and closet space. Mini frudge came in handy. Room service was delicious. Within walking distance of sites and needs. Parking cost was high but to be expected in chicago. Will definitely stay again.

Great location. First room we werein was a non smoking and smelled like smoke. We asked to move and were asked "if it was that bad". Second room had very poor air conditioning and hair all over bathroom floor. Not very clean. Will not stay in SwissHotel again. Don't like that only have glass cups and glasses. Not sure clean.

I recently stayed here for a business meeting and was pleased with the location. It is directly across the street from the river walk and I was able to run from the hotel to the Navy pier. Restaurants and bars are also close enough to walk to. The hotel itself is clean, it has a good size gym, an onsite... More

One of our favorite hotels in Chicago; we have stayed here several times, mainly on weekend trips. Location by the river is great. We particularly like the mid-century modern style decor. Prices vary significantly though, so when other hotels are significantly cheaper, we do stay somewhere else.

Great location right near the river. The concierge service was excellent. She was very helpful in locating great restaurants within walking distance as well as needed amenities. The room was wonderful with a great view.

This hotel was pretty standard. There was a fridge in our room which was convenient and a nice view of the pier from our window. The room was relatively clean, although we did find what looked like a blood stain on our duvet and a yellow spot on the sheet. We asked for new linens which were clean the second... More

Excellent hotel with great service and accommodations. Excellent food and customer service focused. Hotel was very clean, and state of the art fitness center with sauna, and large pool. I was strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago - easy access to shops and sites downtown.
