My husband and I completely enjoyed our stay at this property. Our four night stay included time in our room due to rain, but the view of the river and Lake Michigan was spectacular! I liked the very spacious fitness center, including treadmills, eliptical and complete circuit of weights and machines. The area was spotless with plenty of towels, nice... More

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We selected a Corner King room, with the view of both the river and the lake. When we entered the room, we immediately saw the view of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier through a large window, and I said, "Oh my God!" Then I turned to the left, and exclaimed several... More

I was hoping for more theme than just having conference rooms named after Swiss cities. The only thing that reminded me of Switzerland was that the shower door didn't close properly so the water ran all over the floor (very common in Swiss hotels). The room was spacious and clean, bed was ok. The air conditioning control was tied to... More

We were on the 35th floor and had a beautiful view of the river, the lake, and Navy Pier. King bed was wonderfully soft and luxurious. The bathroom was large and spotlessly clean with a great soaking tub. Great customer service. Should have had free wifi.

I just can't get over the fact that if you select the "environmental day; every day", which means you won't have your room cleaned, that the refuse to give you additional k-cups for coffee in your room. Seriously.

LOVED IT! Celebrated my boyfriend 50th birthday! Got an upgrade to a king! Will definitely stay again! Great staff! Great view! Easy access to riverwalk! Very nice size rooms, comfortable bed, and pillows! Modern decor! Great atmosphere! Right by navy pier! 5*****

We're staying in a suite on the 40th floor, which isn't inexpensive, but I wanted a special night. The rooms are large and have beautiful views of the city, the river and lake. However the safe doesn't work, and it's very old. Maintenance arrived, then said he'd return in five minutes. It's now been ten minutes. He's delaying us from... More

Let me start by saying this being rated 4.5 star I had high expectations. It is a nice location on the river and central to a lot of things. The staff was friendly and the room spacious. We had a great view of the river and Navy Pier as well. Double twin beds was a little disappointing for a nice... More

Stayed there 3 nights during a business trip, and the hotel is best example of average in all counts.....rooms are quite dated and definitely need an upgrade or renovation. Rooms not spotless clean, basic clean but not perfect. Room has a good size and is quite comfortable. Working area also good, but definitely the fact that there are not enough... More

Location is about 2 blocks from Michigan Ave, and about 4 blocks to Miracle Mile shopping. Really there was almost zero to complain about here. The check in was amazingly easy and friendly. The rooms themselves are roomy, nicely done, comfortable beds, quiet. It was easy to work in my room, and sleep quality is excellent. My only concern was... More
