Visited for business for 3 nights and the rooms, facilities and location were all good. Easy to walk to Millenium Park, Lake, Chicago River and shopping. Minor downside is it is opposite the fire station!

Great location. Room was comfortable. Staff friendly. Had to go to room to order hamburger after my late arrival which was a little odd. Inconsistent delivery of paper every morning. I would stay again when I return to Chicago.

We had 2 adjoining rooms on a corner - good size. Clean and bathroom had great set-up. Separate shower and bath. Super convenient location within walking distance of great shopping, the Bean and many other great attractions.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was in the perfect location, it is a two minute walk to Michigan Avenue for the shops and five minute walk to the theatre district. Millennium Park is on the doorstep and there is lots to do around the hotel.
