Overall, a five-start experience during a Christmas family vacation. Other than one extremely poor customer service incident dining at the hotel restaurant...the stay was "perfect." The accommodations in the 2-bedroom suite on the 30th floor were outstanding! Surprisingly, the hotel offered several unique kid-friendly services. I will definitely stay again making sure to avoid one waiter! More
