My wife and I just spent the New Years Eve weekend at this elegant Hotel. Our Room was perfect. The Restaurants were amazingly good for Hotel food , in fact they ranked high against any Restaurant. The Staff was friendly and very helpful. The location could not have been better to experience down town Chicago. An added bonus were the Holiday... More

Our family spent the night at the Ritz Carlton over winter break. It is really a beautiful hotel. We were greated with wonderful service from the moment we arrived. Our room was gorgeous and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Our kids loved the hotel. They had a great time in the pool. The staff delivered delicious cookies and juice to... More

We stayed there over Labor Day weekend 2011. In 2010 we stayed at the Four Seasons and it was sold out, so we decided to try this one, since it's a sister hotel. We definitely prefer the Four Seasons over this one, but we have no complaints. It was clean, spacious and the staff was friendly. We had a massage... More

Overall, a five-start experience during a Christmas family vacation. Other than one extremely poor customer service incident dining at the hotel restaurant...the stay was "perfect." The accommodations in the 2-bedroom suite on the 30th floor were outstanding! Surprisingly, the hotel offered several unique kid-friendly services. I will definitely stay again making sure to avoid one waiter! More

Had a fantastic weekend as the Chicago Ritz Carlton in a beautiful room with a lake view. Be sure to get a massage in the spa - one of the best I have ever had. Location is great for shopping - walking distance to everything! More

I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton over New Year's 2012, and it was amazing. The location was perfect, the room was beautiful, the view was fantastic, the service was excellent, the food was delicious, the drinks were intoxicating. Sure, it's expensive, but you get what you pay for, and the Ritz leaves nothing to be desired. The lobby on the 12th... More

My husband and I just spent five nights at the Ritz Chicago. This property is perfectly located along the Magnificent Mile. Like all Ritz's the hotel is beautiful and the staff is attentive. The service is definitely five star. The restaurant Deco was charming with great food. The hotel is attached to a Mall. The only downside with the stay... More

Spent New Year's weekend in Chicago and stayed at the Ritz. Nice property, outstanding service (especially Jon the concierge...got us tickets to two sold out shows). Stayed in one of the renovated rooms, it was very nice. I know that city noise is a problem with many hotels in big cities, but the Ritz is located across the street from... More

Have been to the Ritz on many occasions, and have always had wonderful experiences. Service is superb, rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable, and the location adjacent to Water Tower shopping and Michigan Ave is very convenient. As a luxury hotel, the cost is higher than the majority of local competitors, but in my mind, it's well worth a... More
