Stayed here over a long weekend and had a great time. Two blocks from the Art Institute, walking distance from many of the great sites to take in in Chicago. I highly recommend this hotel. Room was very nice, roomy enough, only thing lacking was a refrigerator. Received token for free bottles of water but didn't work on our floor's machine but worked on another floor. Service is consistently good. Rooms are clean, nicely appointed (see pictures attached to this review). Easy walk to Monroe train station. Good restaurants nearby, overall good location, but beware of rooms facing trains; they get quite noisy. Executive lounge is always, always crowded. The lobby is exquisite, which only served to highlight the disconnect with the pathetic service. The Concierge Floor is a joke. For this kind of $$, go somewhere else. More
