Booked a suite and it was absolutely beautiful. Tastefully renovated, beautiful white leather chairs, very nice bedroom and bathrooms, and as this was a corner suite, huge living room with and lots of windows. Great service. Always a great hotel experience. The hotel appears to have gone through some renovations while maintaining its historic appearance (oversized closets, crown molding, bathroom tile, door fixtures). It is close to shopping on Michigan Avenue, the fantastic Field Museum, and the Shedd Aquarium among other attractions.
