The management refused to accommodate a cancellation request without credible explanation. They would not listen to my particular circumstances. They could offer a "courtesy cancellation" under the circumstances but refused. I will not stay at any Super 8 and advise others not to as well. More

You get what you pay for at this basic hotel in the Super 8 chain. We did not expect the Ritz so were pretty much satisfied with all of it. They were very supportive to our emergency needs. We were able to continue renting our room at the basic price quoted to us, and even when they experienced a rush of students for the weekend, they managed to keep a room available for us during our crisis.
