We stayed at The Champaign-Urbana Homewood Suites during Graduation weekend. Despite the fact that the hotel was full, we had every kindness extended to us. The hotel was very clean. My first thought when I arrived in my room was "WOW". It is worth every penny! The hotel looks new, the rooms are outstanding. I had a studio room, full kitchen, flat screen tv, large shower with glass doors. As the other review said they offer a dinner buffet Mon-Thurs very, very good, you don't need anything else. I have to say that I have stayed in alot of hotels in Champaign and this one beats them all! They offer free "light" dinner Monday-Thursday. It is not a "light" dinner...it is a full meal! They have salad, a vegetable, a starch, and a main course. They even have rolls and desert! Beer and wine are free as well.... more

We stayed there over the Memorial Day week and the hotel was always a welcoming respite to the busy days. The breakfast got us off to a good start each morning and it was lovely to end the day with a good dinner and glass of wine each evening. (all complimentary of course).
