Yes, the walls are indeed tissue paper thin, but that's really the only drawback. The rooms are really suites, U-shaped, and very clean, with one half being the complete modern kitchen, along with a dining and living room area, and the other half the bedroom and bath, all very spacious, clean, modern, and cheery. We stayed at the lodge in a comfortable room. The only complaint we had was the noise from the neighbors. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYthing from next door. We stayed one night in a room at the State Park. It was really one side of a "duplex." Our room was huge...and we enjoyed a large wrap-around deck which over-looked the Ohio River.
