Screaming kids running up and down hallway on 3rd floor. Couldn't get front desk to do anything about it. Left an item that was important to me. When I called back, it couldn't be found. Person who answered phone was unhelpful. Place felt like it was only superficially cleaned. more

We stayed at this hotel recently for a family funeral due to its convenient location off I-64. The suite rooms are spacious and provide the convenience of 2 separate rooms.
