Initially was very impressed with the park and the lodge we were given. On the first night we ate at the Yard which was nice but a bit costly at £15 per head for a Buffett. When we got back to the lodge to unpack I realised the provided Travel cot smelt quiet strongly of sick, I requested another one... More

I have never been to Bluestone before and so when I traveled there in May I was looking forward to a great week. This is what I got as my cottage was called Skylark and was excellent. I loved having the roll top bath to relax in each night and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at Guest Relations... More

My third visit and my first review -we loved it the first time, it got better on the second and even better this time. Taking the inclusive package we were a party of 6 across 3 generations - the accommodation is cosy and warm(it was freezing while we were there), and the 4 days had something for everyone.Swimming, archery, tree... 1st trip to bluestone and w will definitely return. I fond th staff in all areas to be warm friendly and polite, with my usual nervous 3year old taking to each and everyone. Accommodation was fantastic, clean and modern although beds didn't suit me, no mattress can suit all. I have read comments from the same week regarding staff sticking... More

I was so looking forward to return to Bluestone after our stay last year which was without fault but I feel as though I have been shortchanged! I am totally shocked at how many cars were allowed in the village after the barrier closed on the 1st day, most of them were able bodied and were just too lazy to... More

We first visited Bluestone in Oct 2011 when our son was 2, and are currently on our 5th visit and stayed 'inclusive' for the first time. Over the 5 visits we have stayed in most of the different lodge types and all have been great. We haven't had any major issues over our 5 stays, but I have heard of... More

We are just back from our 3rd mid week break. We had a great time again, relaxing is not a word i would use as our 2.5 year old charges about the place she loves the swimming pool and lazy river, the bouncy castle and cimbing towers in the adventure centre and the rollercaster car in the under 5's room... I was quite hesitant about going on holiday at all with a 1 and 2 year old but was persuaded that it would be ok - they was wrong, it was great and the childrens enjoyment was something I am so glad I didn't miss. There are some minor quibbles I have with Bluestone - but nowhere would be perfect... More
