Had a 3 night stay, no problems, no complaints with the room or staff. Comfortable, clean, and a pleasant experience. My daughter is in college in Bourbonnais. Just returned from an overnight stay at the Hampton Inn while attending Bears' Training Camp practices. Positives: Rooms were clean. Housekeeping was attentive. Negatives: Horrible smell throughout the property, concentrated in the single elevator. Guests were holding their noses while in the elevator. This hotel is squarely mediocre, even when setting your expectations at Hampton level. I have stayed here for multiple weeks and have had a wide range of experiences. The staff is, for the most part, friendly and competent. It has "high-speed wireless", but it's more wireless than high-speed.
