At first, we really liked this hotel--very clean and nice. However, after we left we had a lot of problems. My daughter left a new, hardback book behind by accident. Thank you for your kinfd comments regarding our hotel and staff. I am happy to here the training my staff is going through is making a difference regarding customer service. I have spoken to the chef regarding the item selection on the buffett to make it a better value and he has assured me he will take care of this....

We contracted with this hotel to provide transportation to our wedding guests to and from our reception in September. They happily took the money from the 15 rooms that were booked. They dropped people off at the reception location and NEVER showed up at 12:30am to provide return transportation. The peopson answering the phones that night who proclaimed himself the... more

Thought this was a great location and the hotel itself was very clean. Tons of restaurants and playgrounds within a 1 mile radius. Typical Holiday Inn where if you look closely, you will see wear and tear...but the friendly staff more than made up for it. The free Brekfeast was great...they upgraded our room to a suite with 2 bathrooms!... more

My main problem with this place was that they tried charging me $26 more for the room than the rate I booked at Holiday Inn's website. The staff was polite about it and gave me a rate between what I originally booked for and what they first wanted to charge me. The facility itself was okay, but certainly nothing great.... more

I stayed at this Holiday Inn in Bolingbrook, Illinois in January 2004. Great price, clean hotel and a clean/comfortable room. If you're doing business in Chicago this is a perfect place to stay if you don't need to be directly in the city. Hotel is right on I-55, so it is a direct shot right into downtown Chicago. I always stay at the Holiday Inn Bolingbrook when I do business in Chicago only because of the roomservice gal named Marie. She has been there for as long as I have been staying there.
