This was great trip to see my son in law and the fall leaves. The trip was wonderful and this hotel was great. The location was right of I-55 and very convenient. The staff was very friendly from check in through check out. The room was large, clean comfortable with a desk and basic kitchen. The bed was very comfortable... More

Me and my wife stayed hear for my birthday last year and the room and service was excellent. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at a hotel. The room also had a little kitchenette attached to the room with a sink. Defiantly reccomend!

The lady at the front desk was very friendly (the best I've encountered at a hotel) and made me feel welcome! However, the hotel itself looked quite dated as other reviewers have pointed out. The drains were very slow, the equipment was old, the towels were old and felt rough. The wifi was very slow as well. Since the hotel... More

I stayed here during a trip to Chicago for IMTS. It's about 25 miles outside of the city, but takes anywhere from 40-60 minutes in traffic to get to the city. It's about 1/2 hour in traffic from Midway Airport, farther west away from the city. The hotel itself is right off the highway (Rt 55) and is in an... More

The front desk was pleasant, Everything in the room is functional although dated - older model microwaves and coffee makers. I think it's the drab old green carpet that makes this place feel somewhat more like a motel than a hotel. There are barely any drawers for clothes and the closet is near the foot of the bed, it's somewhat... More

Staff are friendly and amenable, rooms clean and comfortable. I likethe decor but my.colleagues say its old fashion. The downside of the room a. Closet space is squeezed next to the bed, doors touch bed when open b. Only one draw to put clothes Other than that rooms ok Breakfast, was very good, didn't expect how good it was, although... Yet another overpriced outdated hotel in Marriotts aging fleet. The morning staff is nice and you can tell the owner tried to renovate, but after staying a couple of times I will not do so again. A combination of a dated hotel with a half-hearted facelift, appliances in the room that either don't work or make loud noises, and rooms... More

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the bath was on point. That means it was nice too. I was so comfortable, that I slept thru breakfast. Not happy about that. We felt it was a good value.

Stayed for two nights for a hockey tournament and made the arrangements for the entire team. That was a monumental pain, but I will forgo the details and talk about the property itself. When we walked in to room 326, it had a musty/dingy/cigarette? smell to it. I couldn't bear it so I asked for a different room. They did... More

We stayed at the SpringHill suites so we could visit the iPic theater and IKEA. It also gave my son a chance to swim for a little bit. It was a great little hotel for a night away. The room was a bit odd. The furnace blew up behind the curtains so it ran all night. And, when you had... More
