At the time I was told the brunch was for hotel guests only as they were remodeling. When I arrived I was informed that the kitchen was now... More

You get what you pay for many times at that was the case here. Great rate from Expedia. Well below what the other hotels were offering. This hotel definitely needs some TLC because the material condition isn't up to par with its local competitors. Too bad because the decor does have an "old world" charm to it. Bed was soft... More

Pulling up to the Chateau I was amazed by the cool castle looking place it was. Looks vintage and ellegent. Walking in I was greeted with a helpful staff and smiles which was nice. The rooms were great, clean, everything worked. The staff did a great job refreshing everything when we were out. Once we called and asked for more... More

Staff was nice. Very appealing visual from the outside. Inside my room, there were issues though. My room didn't have a working phone, and the heater was annoying - it would run for roughly 50 seconds at a time and then shut off for 10 seconds, and then restart. Yet it was so cold, heat was needed. Also, the water... More

We stayed at the Chateau from 2/7-2/9. We will not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone: -Housekeeping did not 'refresh' our room or products on 2/8 -There were holes in the blanket on the bed (and as cold as it was, there was only 1 thin blanket on the bed) -The towels were threadbare and very... When I first pulled up and looked at the rate I had, the beautiful building did not seem to match the low rate I had, however I figured out why the rate was where it was due to the condition of the room. The room was clean however the mattress had a slight bow in the middle of it but... More

The hotel accommodations were absolutely perfect. the clerk gave us a room but we could not get the heat going. I called the front desk and the lady at the counter immediately gave us a different room. The rates are compatible with the surrounding hotels. We had a breakfast buffet the next morning, there was plenty of food but it... More

Had my daughter's bday party here. Fantastic price, swimming, suite with plenty of room for 9 kids, and free breakfast! The whole building smelled old, but you could call that part of the charm. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

We just spent Christmas night there. It was awesome. Some people said it was dark and gloomy. We did not see that at all. We got a king bedroom. Since it was Christmas, we felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. We used the swimming pool (tad cool but not too bad) and the hot tub (fine for fifteen... More
