We were recently at Indian Lakes Hilton for my 70th birthday party. We had a wonderful dinner with excellent serving staff -- Vicki and her colleague. And the valet/concierge staff were excellent. The reservations/front staff -- not so much! We booked and paid for rooms for us and our two kids back in April and specified rooms next to or... More

We stayed here for a reunion and were disappointed. Our room was large and very nice, but the air conditioning was so noisey you couldn't talk over the noise. The elevators were very slow and both banks of elevators had one shut down. The restuarant for Sunday buffet breakfast was good. Fresh made omlets, lots of choices for fruit, rolls,... More

The hotel is rather dated and initially I was booked into an atrium facing room, which means no natural light and changed for that reason - staff were happy to accommodate the change and I was grateful as I met some folks who complained about the noise levels from the atrium. My recommendation would be to book a high floor... More

The facility is nice and clean. Be prepared to do a fair amount of walking, the facility is pretty large and spans quite a bit of footage. If you are coming for an event, you need to come prepared for all types of event room conditions.

As many of you know I am tough on hotels although I had one of the best in Beijing and Singapore lately. This is not one of them. Given that this is a full service hotel you expect at least a little quality in the infrastructure as well as the services. The first room I went to - a non... More

We were here for a wedding and enjoyed the 4 nights that we stayed here. The hotel design was unique and so were the size of the rooms. It was conveniently located to all amenities and the Hotel even provided free shuttle to the train station. If I am in the area again, would definitely stay here.

Thank you so much for your review! Our resort was designed by Don Erickson, a protégé of Frank Lloyd Wright. Aside from the obvious use of hexagons through the hotel, you will also see subtle hints of the prairie design that Wright was famous for. We look forward to hosting you again very soon! Rooms are very large and quiet. They do allow pets which was nice. The only odd thing is that the only entrance and exit is the main one. It means you have to take your pets through the elevator and lobby to take them outside. Room was clean. Price was a good value. Staff was very nice with the exception... More

We had a pleasant stay. Building architecture out of the mid 20th century (50s-60s) so had a novel classic feel to it. Definitely not modern or any grandeur. More country club-ish. Customer service in bar and restaurants was sub-par.

It was a nice hotel/resort. they could improve on the houskeeping and room service when ordering food. the other accomodations offered were very nice. Try to get a room close to the elevator or you are in for a hike. In the bar/cave there was not enough help to servive the amout of people in there. Other that that the... More
