My sister and I decided to use our Choice rewards points for a hotel in the Chicago area instead of staying at where we normally stay. Traffic getting there was a bit backed up due to construction on S. Cicero, but the hotel was easy enough to find. The staff was very pleasant. The check in process was VERY quick... more

We were here ona college visit. First time in Chicago. Loved it. The hotel worked great. Clean, good breakfast. We used the free shuttle back to Midway to catch public transportation so we didn't need a rental car. It was a good trip. more

Reasonably priced for location. Very friendly front desk, although there was always just one person on duty. Cleanliness is my most important concern and this Sleep Inn was very clean. I did not use the morninig continental breakfast but I used the 24/hr fresh coffee in the lobby and it was always good. The weather was bad so I used... more

My extended family gathered in Chicago for the Jimmy Buffett concert at Toyota Park. My family stayed for 2 or 3 nights in a total of 5 rooms, my husband and I stayed on for a total of a 5 night stay. We are inn keepers, so we know customer service when we see it good or bad. Our experience... more

We spent three nights at this hotel while sightseeing in Chicago. Although taking the shuttle to the airport and the train in each day made sense at the planning stage, in practice it took way too long. We saved money on the room but wasted several hours traveling back and forth each day. It would have been better to stay... more

I booked rooms for three families, all related, some with teens, some with litte guys. The rooms were supposed to be near each other. They weren't. The air conditioning was off in two rooms (with record heat in Chicago). One of the two elevators was down for the three days we stayed. We left bags with the front desk the... more

$142 dollar a night room with NO fridge, NO microwave and NO TV guide. Be prepared to get up when the people in the rooms next to you or across the hall get up because you will hear the wake up calls and alarm clocks. My first and very last SleepInn stay! What a horrible way to start a 2... more

Spent three days here, and I have to say that the Sleep Inn is a great value. A few glitches (the pool heater broke shortly after I arrived, and so the kids were disappointed). But breakfast was great -- including waffles, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese. Staff is very responsive -- we had a kid's birthday party there in the... more

I have stayed at other Sleep Inns and found this one to have small rooms. The breakfast was not as good as the other Sleep Inns and breakfast area very small. Not a good selection of food. The airport shuttle is very good. The front desk stsff is also friendly and helpful. The only restaurant close by is a Fridays. more

I was expecting a very budget hotel so I was pleasantly surprised with this one. It was cleaner and a little nicer than anticipated. Rooms were basic, with not too private area for bathroom (off main room, not a little hallway) but had all the basic amenities including basic complementary breakfast (waffles, hard boiled eggs, pastries/bagels, cereals, oatmeal, fruit coffee... more
