I have stayed at the Colonial 3 times now and with different members of my family and have always found the rooms clean, furniture in good repair and comfortable. Kerry Kendall's service is great. He is a really nice guy who looks out for his customers, and his town. AC is a little weak. There are ~22 units. Spotlessly clean.
