Stayed one night in mid-May, 2014. Not as clean as I'd like (I washed smutz off the bathroom door), but it was quiet and comfortable. The toilet didn't work, so I called their "emergency" number. Received a callback ELEVEN days later - long after I had returned home! The receipt I received said the cost of the room + tax... More

I made an online reservation then needed to cancel well within 48 hour requirement. The Roadhouse assured me they would credit my account after two requests and failed to do so. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company and the Roadhouse will not return calls.

We drove from SLC to Jackson, expecting to stay in Jackson. Who knew there was a bike race, and art festival and some other events going on. We tried to find a room in Jackson, but there was no room at the inn. Panic. We started calling nearby towns. Finally found a room in Victor, about 25 miles away. The... More

We found this to be a very comfortable hotel. It felt new, even though I understand it opened several years ago. The room was clean, the beds (two queens) very comfortable (orthopedic!). The manager's dogs came to visit us, and they were very polite, checking out all the corners of the rooms and wagging their tails when we petted them.... More

Quiet, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Looks fairly new, and I felt comfortable with my toddler playing on floor. Great location between Jackson Hole and West Yellowstone. The hotel is also within waking distance to town of Victor, where you can find a great meal , or a short drive to great day hikes

Recently stayed at this place for 1 week while visiting relatives. The Roadhouse was clean, rooms cleaned every day. Donna was very nice and accommodating. Although the Roadhouse Lodge is in a small country town and not a big city, the rooms were clean and housekeeping was there every morning. Great small restaurants in Victor and Driggs. I would easily... More

Well, our dog is just thrilled and yet, he can sense that the humans are less than. This place is so far away from anything, so we brought our leftover Olive Garden (from a faraway land) with us to put in the fridge and heat-up later or for breakfast. We also brought cans of iced tea and juice. They are... More

We have stayed here a couple of times and found the hotel room to be clean and spacious. Both times the hotel is closed for the off season but our key was either left for us or we called a phone number and someone came to let us in. No big deal! You jsut have to be a little more... More

Having read the less than stellar Trip Advisor reviews, with great reservation (pun intended), I made a reservation through their website 4 months in advance. Immediately after I made the reservation the full room & tax charges appeared on my credit card. The only mention of this on their website is that a deposit and cancellation fee "may" be charged... We made reservations over the internet. When we got to the hotel, it was closed down with a sign on the door saying call this number. We called and had to leave a message. We waited for over an hour, calling multiple times and no one ever answered. We finally left and continued our journey in the snowy conditions. 15... More
