Stopped in Twin Falls on our way through town and pulled into the local Best Western, a chain that we usually find to be adequate for us at a decent price. We got just what we expected--a decent room with average amenities, pretty standard but delicious hot continental breakfast options, good service, etc. The pool and hot tub were in... more

Standard Best Western slightly above average across the board. Swimming pool is inside but visible from front desk so it is open 24 hours. more

Let me just say that this hotel used to be the Ameritel in Twin Falls and was very nice. My family and I stayed there many times and it was our hotel of choice. On the last visit, I discovered (the hard way) that the building has remained the same, but that's about it. Front desk service was good. I... more

I too, found the two females at the desk apathetic to say the least. I felt as though I was bothering them when I asked a question. On one occasion, my spouse got a pop from the vending machine and it fizzed over on to the hall floor when he opened it. I walked down to the reception and informed... more

I had requested for a non-smoking room and when I got there they gave me a smoking room. The ladies named, Lisa and Amy, that worked there were very rude and have an attitude. I had told them that I requested for a non-smoking room but they gave me a smoking room. Amy said that she had already assign a... more

I stayed at this hotel and the service was very bad. The ladies were rude. They did not assist when I got in to the hotel. They were chatting and playing games online I believe. I would not want to ever stay here again. I rather pay more to stay at another hotel with better service. The bathroom was dirty,... more

Satisfactory. This was our first day of an 8 day trip. We wanted to find a decent hotel on our way to Yellowstone. This hotel met our requirements. Friendly staff, a clean room, spacious, and away from any loud noises. ( We once stayed in Bakersfield, and didn’t find out until we got in bed, that there was a railroad... more

We stayed at the Best Western Twin Falls for one night on May 13. Had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a fridge and a microwave and easy high speed internet in the room. The staff was friendly and welcoming, check in and out was easy. We were very happy with our stay and would... more

We weren't planning on staying in a hotel that night, but we were too tired to drive further. We didn't expect anything great, we just needed to sleep. But, we were pleasantly suprised to find that it was a really nice room! We got a room on the ground level close to the entrance, which made it easier to bring... more
