This hotel had just had its grand re-opening a few months before we stayed there, and it was very nice. The setup of the hotel is a little strange, although from reading other comments here I can understand now why it's set up that way. We were in building "A" and as far as we could tell most of the... I've stayed at nearly all the hotels in the Twin Falls are and wanted to try the old Comfort Inn & Holiday Inn Express which are now both part of the AmericInn chain. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with any questions or special requests that I had. I was in building "A" which is the old Holiday Inn... More

NO problems except laundry was in opposite building and then broke down and was unable to do. Breakfast pretty good. Rooms newly remodeled and nice. More

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments about AmericInn Twin Falls. As you noticed, we are currently doing some renovating and unfortunately while you were here it caused some problems with the laundry. Everything is fine with the laundry now, and we are looking forward to having a refreshed lobby and breakfast area in the near future. More

I have stayed at this property every year for the last 5-6 years back when it was a Comfort Inn, and if is as good if not better as an Americinn. This hotel actually has 2 buildings. From what I was told by a person on the maintenance staff, the building which houses the current lobby is going to be... More

Just stayed here one night on our way home from Vegas. Front Staff was great....Room's were very nice, clean and up to date. Bed's were comfortable and they took small pets and didn't charge me if she didn't sleep on the bed - so that was a bonus! Pool/hot tub looked nice, although we didn't use them and the breakfast... Twin Falls makes a perfectly-timed stopping point for us as as we drive to see family, and we've tried a couple other places there in town. We've stopped here a couple as well, although each time the place was under different corporate names. Yet each time it was a perfect visit. Parking was easily available close to our loading doors,... More

Kids loved the pool. We got stuck in a smoking room and it was horrible. My sister was down the hall in a smoking room but hers smelled nothing like ours. And we were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. It was the worst. Breakfast was so so. But it was cheap. More

We regret that there were no more nonsmoking rooms with two queen beds available when you made your reservations. It was a very busy weekend and nonsmoking rooms with two beds were in short supply in town. One of our buildings is only two floors high, so an elevator is not required. Next time, if you will let the reservation... More

We stayed over a very busy sporting weekend and the parking lot was completely full-we had to actually make up our own parking spots (parking in the red zones or handicapp) or park in the Golden Corral that is located next door. I don't think anyone in this review mentioned that in building B there is not an elevator-major inconvienance!!!... More

The Inn was clean and comfortable, but the staff was ill-equipped to handle all the soccer players and parents. Check in took 20 or more minutes, breakfast was a fiasco as eveyone in the motel had to be on the soccer fields at the same time. We were 15 minutes early for the 3pm check-in. The girl at the counter... More

We made our reservations with Comfort Inn back in February, but noticed that it did not show up on the Choice Hotel website as our travel date approached. I called the number listed in my itenerary and was informed that Americinn had taken over the property, but was still honoring the previous reservations. Stayed during Memorial Day weekend, the reservation... More
