Stayed here last night the double queen room was dark and had stale air about it, the beds were old and had no lumbar support , the linens and mattress were clean. The tub was old and scary no washing in there for sure. You could see the next room through the crack in the adjoining room door which was... More

We were boating on Pend Orielle all day and decided to stay close rather than drive all the way back home. The hotel had cheaper prices compared to the other hotels. Sandpoint is a tourist town so a lot of the hotel's room were $125+ this room cost us $85. We rented two rooms close to each other and once... More

We booked because it was last room we could find for our weekend there. Rooms were extremely dated- smelled of old smoke, deteriorating carpet, non draining tub, broken window clasps with no screens (on a window at grass level), air conditioning smelled stale and didn't work properly, sound insulation was non existence- woken to walking around above us at 6am... We try to check other people's reviews before staying in a hotel or city for the first time. We also bounce those reviews against the brand we are staying with, along with a minor leap of faith, and decide where we will plop our heads for the night. Generally speaking, we have had good luck with Choice Hotels - Comfort... More

We stayed there for one night and will never come back. First of all, the room was not properly prepped. There were stains right above the water level in the toilet. Not all supplies were renewed. Secondly, supposedly there was "free" Wi-Fi. Technically it was there as the network existed, but the connection was so poor that I could not... More

If wifi is important to you, don't stay here. Called front desk who gave us provider phone number. He indicated he would get the front desk to reboot and for us to wait 10 minutes which we did. We had no wifi at all and let front desk know prior to checking out. Went to McDonalds and was connected immediately??????

This hotel was ok. The rooms were ok. It looks like the floors could use a little tlc. The one thing I don't like is they don't have a breakfast because there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Every morning it cost like $12 to $20 dollars for breakfast for two people. This would be ok with me if... More

We stayed on Feb 18 with our dogs. Very pet friendly. Our room was very comfortable and much larger than most. Room service was quick, hot and had too much food....if that is a complaint. It was quiet and clean - what more do you need. Very welcoming.

Don't stay here if WI-Fi is important to you. It kept dropping the connection and we had to call TECH Support twice to have them help us log on.Also the screen that allows you to accept the terms is so big and immovable that you cannot scroll down to accept the terms on a notebook!!

Standard issue Quality Inn, located on a very busy street (main highway through town) and with a very busy and very loud railroad behind the hotel. Trains ran frequently all night, blowing the whistle all the while through town. The hotel is walking distance to downtown if you don't mind a 10 plus minute walk.
