This hotel was ok. The rooms were ok. It looks like the floors could use a little tlc. The one thing I don't like is they don't have a breakfast because there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Every morning it cost like $12 to $20 dollars for breakfast for two people. This would be ok with me if... More

We stayed on Feb 18 with our dogs. Very pet friendly. Our room was very comfortable and much larger than most. Room service was quick, hot and had too much food....if that is a complaint. It was quiet and clean - what more do you need. Very welcoming.

Don't stay here if WI-Fi is important to you. It kept dropping the connection and we had to call TECH Support twice to have them help us log on.Also the screen that allows you to accept the terms is so big and immovable that you cannot scroll down to accept the terms on a notebook!!

Standard issue Quality Inn, located on a very busy street (main highway through town) and with a very busy and very loud railroad behind the hotel. Trains ran frequently all night, blowing the whistle all the while through town. The hotel is walking distance to downtown if you don't mind a 10 plus minute walk.

This is a pig sty, and so noisy I left in the middle of the night. I told the desk clerk (who was as nice as a person could be, that had no authority) I was constantly being kept awake by running water and the flushing of somebody's toilet and would like a different room. He said there weren't any... More

There's a surprisingly good restaurant on site, overall the hotel is tired and old. The pool is in good shape and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It did seem like it was clean though, and the air conditioning worked (it was HOT outside, so that was critical).

We were tired from a long day of driving; we were booked in quickly to find that our bathroom had the last guests used towels and nightgown in the bathroom. . The front desk quickly upgraded our room to a different room number. This is a large hotel; needs some tender loving care; but the room was big and bed... More

This hotel was great for us. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot weather we experienced. The hotel is walking distance from downtown and the beach..about a mile. There are two supermarkets nearby to pick up food and drinks. The staff here was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again

Older motel room. Worst beds ever. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy, but dated. The location is within walking distance to downtown. But it is a pain getting into or out of the parking lot.

We have stayed at numerous Quality Inns and this one in Sandpoint does not come close to the usual standard. Internet not working, cable not working, and air conditioner in the room did not work at all. It was so hot in the room we could not sleep. When we told the front desk staff when we were checking out... More
