I booked us in the Penthouse for our honeymoon. Our first night upon arrive it was very hard to find. Once we finally found the keys and room across the street above a restaurant we enjoyed the room for about an hour then realized a loud vibrating noise in the bedroom caused by hoods/fans in the restaurant. We were on... More

Charming, nostalgic boutique hotel right in the middle of everything in downtown Sandpoint, and everything everyone else has stated (good & not so good) in previous reviews. It's all in what you want, what you are used to, and what expectations you have. I do not give out many 5-star ratings, but this place get one for all it is--and... More

We stayed here for just one night but it was perfect. We loved it. It was so nice to get our own key and get into the room without having to talk to people. We never saw one person there but that's exactly what we wanted. Very close to bars restaurant beach and everything you need. Will definitely come back More

We could hear the couple above us tell each other Goodnight! EECK! And I knew how often their children woke up in the middle of the night! I felt like we had to be quite so we wouldn't disturb them! :( The room we had smelled musty :( We won't stay there again. More

Wife and I stayed at beginning and end of a long bike tour. While owners were not around constantly they were very responsive to our phone calls and special needs. Stored our bike boxes and provided space to assemble and disassemble bikes. Rooms clean and very nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would return. Recommended More

Cute room, and we definately had privacy (never saw anyone!) but the bedroom is on the street side and the crosswalk signal makes a beeping sound continually to where you feel you are sleeping in a hospital room with a heart monitor beeping. The bed makes noise whenever you move, so when your partner rolls over you wake up or... More

the Inn at Sand Creek provided my wife and I the perfect weekend getaway! It was beautiful, spacious, and very private. It was very easy and convenient being in the center of downtown Sandpoint. We had a fantastic dinner at the Bistro downstairs and every desire we had was fulfilled by the inconspicuous but extremely prompt and courteous staff. We... More

I stayed in one of their guest house rooms recently and was not impressed by the over all quality of the experience. The room was nice enough, but I could hear my upstairs neighbors like they were in my room with me: every cough, each time they used the bathroom, etc. It was impossible too sleep with the noise of... Thank you for your review. We take our guests' experience seriously at the Inn and really regret the problem with the noise from the other guests. Therefore, we are temporarily closing this guest suite (Citrine) to renovate--adding the highest level of sound protection available--to alleviate the interference that you experienced. When we attempted to contact you, there had been no... More

We absolutely enjoyed our stay- the room was so lovely and tastefully decorated. The bed was so comfortable and the fireplace was a nice, romantic touch. We also appreciated how hospitable they were. Even though we never saw any staff we felt welcomed and pampered. The privacy was wonderful. We definitely want to return! More

This place is amazing. We stayed at the Guesthouse on Fourth and it was such a lovely experience! The place was very clean, nicely decorated, quiet, and comfortable...the beds were AMAZING! Simply speaking, I could live here. :) Next time we return to Sandpoint, we will be staying at the Guesthouse of Fourth. More
