My family stayed here quite a while ago. I meant to write a review but forgot. Anyway we stayed in big timber. It was may I believe so it was not ski season. I loved big timber. Such a gorgeous house and loads of space for my family of 6. It was so relaxing. I loved the service at the... More

What a great place to stay and ski!! We arrived a little early due to great road conditions, so we decided to check on room status. Our room was ready and they let us check in. The check in went smoothly. We had was a 1 bedroom condo in the White Pine Lodge. The room was clean and view of... More

I wish I could rate it a 10 instead of the highest score of 7. Wonderful Staff, Bartender made me my own huckleberry virgin drink, even though he was quite busy. Give that man a raise, I Am just saying. And the greeter was all things to all people that Thursday night when a bus load of Canadians descended without... More

Maybe not the "see and be seen" ski resort, but this place has the nicest people and best value for your money. Let alone that the mountain and runs are excellent. Its clean down home feel is what I imagine a lot of the nice resorts used to feel like before they got too big and overrun with people. These... More

Having skied at various resorts early in the season in the West throughout the years, this resort stands as one of my favorites. I look forward to going when the season is in full swing; small crowds, friendly staff, great accomadations. More

We stayed at The White Pine Lodge, part of the Schweitzer Mountain Resort Lodging. We had a one bedroom condo which was 5 steps to the ski slopes, absolutely quiet, hot tubs and hot pools, free hot breakfast every day across at the Chimney Ridge Grill (7am till a leisurely 10am), impeccably furnished, serviced every other day, a theatre, DVDs... Last season we had a nice vacation in Colorado. This past month we discovered Schweitzer. Talk about getting good value for your money! We stayed in the mountain village and absolutely loved it! Be sure to ask for a mountain view room to best experience the magic of the mountain locale. We'll definitely be back! More

Took our teenage sons here in August while checking out Idaho colleges. Absolutely beautiful and quiet during this time of year. We had a family suite at the timeshare lodge with 2 bedrooms, two baths, small kitchen and living/dining area on an upper level. The balcony faced the lake and we woke to breathtaking sunrises and ended the day with equally... Although the room was small, it was well appointed. The balcony overlooking the hill and the clock tower gave us a sense of being part of the action, even apris-ski. The updated heater worked very well and had an auto shut off. The comfortable beds made it hard to get moving! Restaurants in the Selkirk Lodge provided great menu selections... More

We purchased the "Xmas package". This mountain and its lodging (Selkirk Lodge) was incredible. Skiing was fantastic - variety of terrain perfect. Great for the intermediate to advanced skier. Excellent food on the hill...Cool hot tub/pool setting. Cute little Swiss vibe to the resort itself. 5/5. We will return with our friends next time... More
