This is a renovated motel and the rooms are small but it's very clean and there is a nice continental breakfast with homemade muffins and local yogurt. All for only $80 per night. It is within walking distance of the restaurants, wineries, brewery, and the beach is about a 20 minute walk. Stay here if you want to save your... More

This is a renovated older motel. Outside it looks plain, perhaps not very inviting on initial viewing. Inside, the rooms have been tarted up, they're clean, and the beds comfortable. The location is quiet and, as others have said, central to the city. There's a pleasant deck with table and chairs to sit outside, or, if it's cool, there's a... More

The rooms are clean, the beds were comfortable, it was in a nice central location. Definitely a more budget location, but if you're just looking for a decent place to stay for a night or two, this will be more than fine.

A friend of mine stays here every time she comes to Sandpoint and loves it. She is right! The owners are friendly and so pleasant. Sheldon really worked to find me a "last minute" deal that was perfect. The rooms are CLEAN and the $ is great! My travel companion and I are so relaxed and enjoying the continental breakfast... Thanks Sheldon & Dana for another great stay at K2 Inn. This is our third stay at K2 and once again it was fabulous and we did not want to leave. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Dana's fresh muffins, yogurt and coffee are a great way to start the day. The proximity to many bars, restaurants and shopping... More

Great value for your money. Not a high end place but owners were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were basic but comfortable beds and shower was great. Wifi available at no charge. Walking distance to just about everything.

This 17 room motel/inn has the 4 qualities that lets us recommend this property: the room was exceptionally clean, the property was quiet and safe, and the bed was comfortable. Yes, this property has been refurbished since its 1950's beginnings. The bathroom was good size with new fixtures. The room was ample size with a wall mounted flat screen TV,... More

We stayed here about a month ago or so for 2 nights. We were prepared when we arrived that the place has been under renovation for a while now, and they had some updated rooms. We did ask for an updated room, and we are glad we did. The room was spacious enough to put our mountain bikes inside. The... More

The room was an old room, not renovated like some of the others however it was clean and had two bedrooms... More

The hotel is very clean in a good location and has yummy muffins for breakfast. The cost of the room was very affordable as well. We were able to walk to the downtown within a few blocks and have dinner and see a show. We will stay there again. Thanks
