We love everything about this hotel - the friendly people - the atmosphere- the huge fire pit- arrangements - breakfast to order and hospitality!!!!! This is the Best place to stay in Salmon, Idaho. We would 100% recommend this place to everyone.

Wow!--this was a last minute reservation...didn't know what to expect....and I was just THRILLED with my stay!! I loved the tall, wonderful comfy bed, the fun critter-themed rooms (my room had BEARS!--bears everywhere!)....the hardwood floors, the bedding...ALL very nice. A fun place to stay. The personal attention to detail was wonderful-there's a great breakfast option...but I also had questions about... More

We stayed at the Sacajawea Inn at the beginning of January for a little weekend getaway. From the minute we walked in to get our room keys, our host was friendly and efficient. She was so kind and explained that it was our lucky day because we were staying in the Cowboy Room for the weekend. Best room in the... More

After staying at the Salmon River Inn and Suites the night (mare) before, this place is awesome. Low cost, clean, quite, and dogs allowed. The $3 breakfast was a pleasant surprise, eggs cooked to order! I will return.

Very sweet and helpful staff, awesome room decor (you'll have to ask for the story behind the murals), and a filling, inexpensive breakfast! We will definitely visit again and have already recommended it to our friends and family!

I stayed here for a couple of days back in November. The rooms were stylish, clean and the the $3 breakfast is a great bonus. The family that runs the place are really nice folks. I'll stay here again when Im in town next. Great bargain

Especially good service and friendly staff. Owners on site and as accommodating as can be. Breakfast is COOK TO ORDER (eggs, potatos, toast & meat) with ALSO the usual cereal and drink bar. All for $3 rather than free. Sounds reasonable to me with them being the lowest prices in Salmon anyway.

I spent a night there and the owner was super helpful and friendly. They served us breakfast. There was not much going on in town but the owner also gave us some vouchers for a local restaurant which we ended up using. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. The room had a big kitchen area,... More

The rooms are clean and well kept. Great murals on the walls, lots of character. Barbara, who checked us in (and served breakfast) is friendly and helpful. We had a great conversation over breakfast. Do yourself a favor, book a room here.

We stayed on our way through Salmon. My husband was coming down with a cold and the owners accommodated us with hot tea and honey. Breakfast the next morning was a full American breakfast and very good. The owners are extremely nice. You just don't get this in a chain.
