My husband and I were on a motorcycle trip and we stopped here for one night. We found the room to be small, but comfortable with rustic furniture. Recent renovations with large bathroom, shower only. Microwave, fridge and coffee in room. Nice hot-tub available from 10 - 10 adults only. Price included breakfast. I went to Riggins, ID to go Steelhead Fishing and my stay at the Riggins Motel was quiet, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed watching Boise State play LA Tech on cable TV and the Steelhead Fishing was awesome, I taged 4 Steelhead in a couple of days. We stayed in their five-room "cabin" for one Sunday night in August 2007. Owners very friendly. Cabin clean and comfortable. Why so harsh? Because even though we didn't expect the N.Y. Plaza hotel at this price I think certain things should be in place if you're going to charge people even a red cent. This review and service took place in June of 2005 with the previous owners. The Riggins Motel has been purchased by me on November 15, 2005. The Riggins Motel is a great place to stay. It is quiet, clean, and comfortable. And the Cattlemen's restaurant, right next door, has a great breakfast (didn't try dinner).
