We stayed in building C. Wednesday and Thursday night were great but we were woken up by loud rude neighbors on Friday night about 3:00 am - someone smoked right outside our open bedroom window and made an extreme amount of house going in and out which, of course, is not the fault of management but perhaps they should consider... Maybe I don't know what types of places the word "resort" should include. Maybe my expectations were high, as was the cost. I see the word "resort" and I think, "Oh, great! Should be very nice, maybe even luxurious." Man, was I wrong. We had two condos for a week at the tune of over 7 thousand dollars. Yes, I... More

I have been at Priest Lake for many many years. I do not like going to Hills anymore due to the unruly, rude, pretentious crowd of self-entitled millennials who hog every available space without basic consideration for anyone else there. They are loud, drunk, rude and inappropriate for families with small children. Priest Lake is heaven on Earth. The owners... More

Thank you for expressing your frustrations over your recent visit to Hill’s Resort. We are assuming that you are addressing the atmosphere over the 4th of July weekend. The holiday weekend, mixed with 100 degree temperatures and everyone and their brother wanting to be at the lake, did, indeed, make for an unprecedented crowd at the resort. We too, as... More

I've been bringing groups to Hill's for Sunday brunch a couple times a summer for the past eight or nine years. I always go when the omelet bar is open. This Sunday everything was divine. My group of 14 and I had tables by the picture window,, and we had fantastic views of Priest Lake with the Selkirk Mountains across... More

Your children are safely playing pickle ball. Gramma is reading her book in the shade of a tree on the beach. The dog is curled up on the cabin porch. And you're having a huckleberry marguerita on Hills deck. Need I say more ?

Our family, 8 adults & 3 children, rented cabin #237 for 3 days, beginning Christmas Day, 2014. This was a first for us, having stayed @ Elkins in the summer. The cabin was beautiful, fully equiped with everything we could ever need plus more! We were pleased with the warm, cozy heat source, plus endless firewood on our covered deck.... More

Staying at Hill's Resort we had a great view of lake. Cabins are rustic (but this is what we wanted when we stayed here anyways). The restaurant is very good with fresh local ingredients. I will differently want to stay here again.

Hills is a cabin resort experience, but we were disappointed in the value for our money. Although we ended up staying in the least expensive room ($80 a night) it looked less appealing than a motel 6. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and hairdryer. No TV which is fine for that kind of setting. The pillows desperately needed... More

We were at Hill's for a wedding after Labor Day so we were thrilled at how peaceful it was! I know it would be a totally different experience in season. We have spent time in rustic cabins and we were pleasantly surprised. Unit 244 exceeded our expectations: comfortable beds, spotless but plain baths (fiberglass tub/shower and linoleum floor), great kitchen... More

My family rented a waterfront condo unit near the main lodge for 5 nights. The interior and furnishings were very old and worn, the room very dark and musty. The dishes and utensils very sparse and we ended up having to ask for glasses. The nightly events at the bar were very loud given the proximity of out unit. Overall... More
