I checked in where Josh was the clerk, and he showed rudeness, and had a lack of professionalism, my room was paid for by a company and we did not know that we needed a credit card on file once I got there due to the poor view of it on tripadvisor, and once I got there we had paid... More

We apologize for the misunderstanding. The credit card company's are increasing security along with PCI compliance and now chips for each new credit card. Having proper id and credit card info is a policy which we implement for your and other guests protection. We are happy to have you stay with us in the future. More

This seems like a great value when compared with other area hotels, but it's worth the extra drive to Spokane Valley or Coeur d'alene. The rooms are large, but very dark and old. It smells old and musty. There seemed to be plenty for the kids to do though; a swimming pool, arcade, etc. The night staff was friendly, but... More

I was here for a few days and it was awesome. The rooms were really nice, really clean, they have really nice staff, and the free breakfast was great, I really enjoyed it. I recommend to stay at this hotel.

Simple, clean, well maintained hotel. Rooms and beds were great. Breakfast was good. And it was priced below all other chain hotels in the area. I would recommend the silverstone to anyone simply looking for a nice place to stay for a couple of nights.

We needed a place to stay that would allow our two Collies. This place was the ticket even with the $15 per dog charge. I called from Billings, MT and spoke to Josh who was very helpful and set us up for the night. Nice and quite, nice room although in the morning I didn't see anything that appealed to... More

Good value in the $90 range. Was a priceline deal for us just needed a place to pull the of the highway and sleep on the way to Yellowstone. Was easy to get to from the highway, front desk staff were friendly, room was clean, shower was hot with high pressure and wifi worked well. Room was sparsely furnished with... More

The property is run down putting it nicely. Across the street from a truck stop, so plenty of noise and questionable traffic, if you know what I mean. The pool hours are 11am (same time as check out) till 10:30pm, making sure you have little to no time to enjoy it. I had very upset kids on my hands the... More

It's 0230 as I write this review, written against a blaring background of rave music. This music is coming from my own headphones as the only constant noise I can find to cover the incessant snoring that sounds like it is in bed with me. In fact it's one paper thin wall away and has replaced the conversation I could... More

Sorry to hear about the noisy neighbor. The reason the pool is open at 11am is due to our maintenance to clean and refresh the pool area. We appreciate your feedback as we strive for guest satisfaction. We have recently renovated the hallways and lobby areas of the hotel. Come and see the changes as we offer many amenities such... My room was clean and a bit different in that there was no carpet but wood instead. Everything in the room was on the edge of very cheap and cheesy. The room smelled OK but the lobby and hall smelled like old cigarette smoke.

Thank you for staying with us. We have been upgrading our rooms to include some with hard wood floors. We also renovated the hallways, replaced the carpet, painted, new railings and the hallways look and smell great. The front desk has been replaced and new carpet will be installed in the lobby. We would invite you to come and stay... More
