We had really bad experience in CDA a night before and were pleasantly surprised at Days Inn in Sandpoint. Looks like this hotel went through renovation with, room was splendid all log furniture have never experienced anything like it. Breakfast in the morning was very nice (biscuit gravy, waffles, fruits etc...). Would stay again. more

The rooms at the Monarch Mountain Lodge are nothing special but for the rate, they are fine as long as you are just sleeping there. The rooms are a bit dirty and had some mold. Checked in after a hard day of skiing the mountain. Desk staff was friendly and good company. Room was comfortable and nice for the price. Drawbacks; internet access only worked from the lobby area.
