Settled in after a 10 hour drive to what was suppose to be two queen size beds only to be doubles. Bed mattresses were old and lumpy and soft, linens must be as old? Room was clean though and no smell. Very hot day, so we turned on the A/C, worked fine for about 3 mins then it decided to... More

Clean room, quiet room even though I was close to the ice machine. Comfortable bed. Shower was great. Best breakfast I've had at a sleep inn- scrambled eggs (pan cooked, not the microwaved kind) bacon, waffles, juice, toast etc. People friendly at check-in and just off freeway so easy to find

Arrived late (9:00pm) and tired on a confirmed reservation. Had been put in a smoking room in error. Had to wait an hour for a non-smoking room to be prepared. Manager voluntarily reduced the rate as compensation, which was decent. Room was clean and quiet. The hotel is busy. Railroad employees base there and come and go 24/7. The lobby... More

The only positive to this stay was Mike at the front desk, he was super friendly and kind. Old and shabby furnishings, beyond tiny beds, and the bathroom, what to say here. Shower handle broken. Had to be careful so I didn't cut myself on it. Lawsuit in the making! Hole in the shower door where the towel rack used... More

We were disappointed in this property as it wasn't up to the usual higher quality for the Sleep Inn properties. The staff seemed disinterested though the Manager did recognize my Choice membership status upon check-out. A van driver didn't even hold the door as we approached with multiple luggage items. The room heater functioned poorly. The bed mattress was really... More

No, never again! One of the worst places I've ever stayed. Cheap and dirty. My mother and I were traveling back from a funeral in Idaho Falls. Being that we didn't have a reservation and it was late at night, we stopped here. Mistake. The rooms were cheaply furnished, the bed barely sleep-able, and the hotel overall was not clean.... More

The short version: Rooms were clean enough, bathrooms were small but clean, too. Pet friendly and with a decent continental breakfast. I would probably stay here again. The long version: We pulled off the highway when we saw cars facing the wrong way on the highway from the cold and ice. There was not enough parking for too many large... More

Broken door handles on the outside of the building, doors that were unsecure, cards wouldn't work in exterior doors at Night. Door to room would not lock in less we put the key in it and turn the handle. When we questioned the front desk about the door and security, a male who was standing around walked out next to... More

It was clean, good price. But service here leaves much to be desired. The internet was maddeningly slow. There were no towels in the room. Upon asking we were told that there would be some out of the drier soon! The desk clerk was rather surly, no customer service skills at all. This place could be better managed. Nice property... More
