I booked two rooms for two weeks and was very pleased with the overall stay. We had no problems. The location is excellent and wade our daily commute to Hammett Idaho very easy. The facilities around the hotel were very good (Wingers Restaurant, AJ's Restaurant, Pilot, and Jack in The Box) and were only a 1 to two minute walk... More

The room's decor seems pretty dated. The furnace makes a clicking noise when it kicks on that wakes us up. We have pets and they put us in a room that smells kinda "doggie" or something. It's not a good smell. Not horrible but you really notice it. The shower doesn't really get hot. It's very quiet here, but I... More

Booked for one night while heading from Nevada to Vancouver BC. We often frequent a better known chain on our travels but the price difference was $25.00 at the (BW) hotel next door so we chose the Mountain Home Inn as it was more in line with other room costs on our 4 week road trip. Our check in was... More

Little pricey for the area. I did check out some other places that were a bit more expensive. No elevator. Clean but the staff does not seem to be well trained. It took close to an hour to check in and only one person was ahead of us. I would stay again.

Stopped late at night. Had been driving all day. Didn't take time to shop around. Decided to stay two nights. Thought the price a little spendy, but ultimately worth it. We had our dog with us, and they accommodated him for a small fee. The staff even filled his water dish when they cleaned the room. That's going the extra... More

1. If your travels require you to get beyond Boise but not clear to Twin Falls or you don't want to go as far as Bosie going west, Mountain home is your choice. I think there are 3 hotels. So here goes: Plus: Takes pets for a reasonable fee. Clean room. Maintained room, bathroom, and lobby. Comptent desk clerk when... More

This hotel was more than I expected for the price. Clean, quiet, nice work space, friendly staff and decent breakfast. It has easy access to the highway and decent restaurants nearby. I was just there for one night while traveling, but would definitely stay there again.

We stopped here for the night while passing through the area. Conveniently located off of I-84, they are pet friendly and have space available to exercise your dog. The room was somewhat small but clean. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There is a good restaurant, AJ's, just across the parking lot as well. I would... More

My husband and I stayed at Mountain Home Inn and found it was fine in some ways, the problem was the bed. This Motel advertises the beds as being Queen size beds, they are not! We have slept on a Queen bed for many years in our home and traveling. The beds in this motel are really small, more the... More

This little spot was a pleasant surprise. The price was great and it was cute and comfortable with friendly staff. We found it to be a great value and were able to avoid the chain motels nearby! Right off the Interstate: just beyond the competition.
