Read reviews after booking room for one night. Probably wouldn't have stayed here if we had read reviews first. Cheap stay, loud traffic! Mold in ceiling of bathroom. Pretty gross carpet/floors. Grouchy front desk lady. Food stand In front closed. Didnt mind the tie dye sheets, they smelled clean. Room smelled like dust. Gross shower curtain. Old school heating and... More

After booking this room then reading the reviews here I was frankly pretty scared but my fears turned out to be groundless. I've experienced better but I've experienced far worst. If you're traveling on a low budget and all you need is a place to lay your head at night or chill for awhile during the day, this is fine.... More

Ick, don't go here. My daughter got a room there between houses. She was to stay for approx. two weeks which we were paying for. They kicked her out after one one week saying that they rented the room to foreign exchange students at 2pm. My grand daughter (because she was already enrolled in school) , bus was not to... More

Took school wrestlers to tournament. Did not have a choice where we stayed. Never again. Loud street noise, paper thin walls and not enough parking. Ice covered parking lot with no effort to sand it down.

The bed felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. The pillows, sheets and blankets were too old.It really needs to be updated but for 44 a nite I can understand everything except the bedding.I really was only looking for a clean comfortable bed.

Terrible traffic noise on 2 busy streets. People outside late at night puking and screaming. The worst thing were the tie dyed sheets..if you need to stay here keep your shoes on and sleep in your hazard suit.. it was really bad. Not a fan AT ALL!

We stayed in Room 210, and it met my hotel/motel criteria: clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable. The room had a strong, free wifi signal, a small fridge and microwave, and a little sofa and table with 2 chairs. You can't beat the location -- not only an easy walk to campus but right next to Main Street in downtown Moscow... More

First let me say that I'm by new means a hotel snob. I have stayed in some shady spots trying to save a buck but this was a new low. We stayed at the RMI while in town for a graduation and everywhere else was booked. First of all, the women at the front desk was horribly rude. Everything was... More

Despite observations of other reviewers, I've found the staff to be very friendly and personable. The location is terrific for walking to dinner, campus, etc., in Moscow. Sometimes the rooms are marginally clean, and items like the curtains/blinds woefully need updating. Still, prefer this to the overpriced national chains in the area (some of which are well below the standards... More

One of the worst motels I have stayed in in all my years of travel. To mention two details: the bathtub was dirty and contained a used bar of soap from a previous guest; and someone had urinated in a wastebasket in the room and the housekeeper had done nothing about it.
