An OK motel. Clean, but could use some upkeep in Bathroom. 3 story with no elevators. Location near Pullman WA a plus. Would have preferred more than 2 bath towels for hair drying. Kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, but no kitchenware at all. If we were to use the kitchen would need a table and one more chair.

Came here to tour WSU with my daughter and the Idaho Inn was dreadful. It looks like the kind of room you see in movies where someone lives in a motel permanently. Walking up to our room the stairway smelled like urine. The room did not smell great. The kitchenette had nothing in it-no plates, spoons, knives, forks, napkins, towels,... More

We were in town just for the day, needed some helpful advice, Who wants to eat at the wrong restaurant? Emerson to the rescue!!! So upbeat, personable, intelligent, well-informed, what joy to speak with him. To his bosses: Congratulations for such an extraordinary hire, Emerson!!!!!!

The room(s) I have stayed in have the stench of long-ago-smokers. It makes it really hard to sleep. VERY, very stinky!!!! The current room I am in has a bath tub that is "peeling". GROSS!!! (I have photos.)

You may look at the exterior of this hotel and shudder, but don't let the cold exterior fool you. Inside awaits a comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of room to maneuver, free wi-fi, heat you can control to suit your tastes, and a very helpful and pleasant staff. And all for under $70 on a weekend.

I came for a weekend to tour the campus and decided to try it out, it's an old motel. after driving for 6 hours my friend and I and our teens were placed in rm 214, the room was fumigated with cigarette smoke and an old pizza in the microwave; got transferred to the 3rd floor, hauled the luggage out... My colleague and I stayed here for a week while working on Washington State University's campus. It was in a great location (only 10 minutes away from the university) and a great price. After finding the hotel online, I called to make the booking to see if I could get a discounted extended stay discount. We got a room with... More

I stayed at this hotel because our group was staying here that I was traveling with. Upon arrival, one of the group explained to me how it use to be student housing for the local university. I could tell there were some signs of remodel going on. The location is not bad and the front desk and breakfast staff were... More

I booked this hotel simply for a bed to sleep in overnight. I had a great experience. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The decorations are 70's to 80's style, a little outdated, but they work. My main concern was a clean and comfortable bed to sleep in at an affordable price. If that... More

I am thrifty - and I traveled to the Pullman area to take a look at apartments for my son near Washington State University. The Idaho Inn was very inexpensive - and the website and some of the reviews were good enough for me to take a chance. It's the first traveling error I have made in a long time.... More
