We stayed the week before Labor Day Weekend, and while the hotel and town was obviously busy, the hotel was quiet and didn't feel crowded. Everything was incredibly clean, the front desk greeted us with a cheerful 'Good morning!' as we left each day, and the rooms were big. Stayed during Winter carnival. Good sized room, fairly quiet, very clean. Due to all the snow parking was crowded as was breakfast. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice surprise was a sample pack in our room of razor, snack bars, etc. It is a bit of a walk to downtown but shuttle service is nearby. Will definately look to... more

My family and I stayed here in December, which must be off season, maybe because of all the snow!! The lobby was large, and inviting. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, althought the colors used in decorating were lacking.
